Concrete Construction

Our concrete construction division specializes in slab-on-grade and concrete paving.  At Coast we have a proven track record and excel in performance of our scope, quality control and completing our projects on schedule and in budget.  On each project we provide a general superintendent with the responsibility to be onsite to manage our scope of work and to coordinate with the other subcontractors and trades to ensure that all field items are handled in a professional manner.  Our firm is insured and licensed in Building Construction, Highway, Street and Bridge Construction and has the capacity to provide performance and payment bonds on any project, if required.

Our in-house project management department provides our proposals in a timely manner prior to bid dates for the general contractors to review in accordance with their bid requirements and provides all shop drawings, submittals, administrative contract items, scope changes or any items that are requested by the architect for project cost savings.

Coast has extensive experience with both conventional and post-tensioned reinforced foundations on multi-family apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, schools, concrete streets and site paving.

Our administration department is able to comply with all terms and conditions required in contracts including certified payroll, AIA payment applications and compliance with Davis-bacon wage rates.

Our employees are trained and keep up with professional industry standards, safety meetings, and equipment certification requirements.
